Brian really set himself apart from other contractors in my book because he really listened to us. When we contacted MR&R, Brian came out and listened as we explained what it was that we wanted and then delivered exactly that. The other contractors just came by and gave us quotes without listening so we really appreciated that Brian actually took the time to listen to us. Brian also sent subcontractors who were very punctual, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. They were able to finish everything in a very timely manner which was great.
